Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase of a Fearless Farmers Intensive course. We are excited to see you soon. This policy outlines the Specific Terms of this purchase. This policy is to be interpreted alongside the Fearless Farmers Terms and Conditions agreed to during a Learnworlds purchase or enrollment. All Terms and Conditions apply to this purchase. 

Where a word has an initial capital letter it has the meaning defined in these Specific Terms, whether it appears in singular or in plural. Should a capitalized term occur in both the Terms and Conditions and this Policy it shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

Additional Costs refers to payments made to other entities which may be required to attend a Fearless Farmers Intensive course but which are not included in the course price. Such costs are disclosed in the course information.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 5 business days before the Event Arrival Date.  After this deadline, no refunds will be issued. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform the Organizer of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform the Organizer of your decision by sending electronic mail to info@fearlessfarmers.org. If you purchased your Ticket from Eventbrite you can log into your Eventbrite account and Select “Request a Refund”, enter Your details, and submit Your request. Normal text.

Cancellation requests for a Fearless Farmers Intensive course purchase which are received prior to the deadline will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5 business days except as noted below. 

Cancellation requests for a Fearless Farmers Intensive course purchased as part of a bundle and received prior to the deadline will be issued a credit within 5 business days that can be applied to a future Intensive course of Your choosing. 

A Ticket that has been cancelled as the result of a Cancellation request cannot be used to attend the course. 

Should Cancellation occur after You have received course materials, such materials must be returned prior to the issuance of a refund. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning course materials to the Organizer. Course materials can be returned to:

You may be responsible for Additional Costs that cannot be cancelled but which were incurred to facilitate attendance at the Fearless Farmers Intensive course. You have sole responsibility for these Costs and the Organizer does not assume any responsibility for these Costs.

If the Fearless Farmers Intensive course cannot take place as advertised due to any reason, the Organizer will inform all Ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible. 

If the course is cancelled, all Ticket holders will receive a full refund. 

If the course is postponed, all Ticket holders will receive the option to attend for the revised dates, or to receive a refund or credit based on their Purchase type. 

If the course is underway at the time it must be cancelled or postponed, all Ticket holders will receive a credit based on remaining course progress at the time of cancellation or postponement. The amount shall be calculated in proportion to the full price and the Services already provided.

If a course is cancelled or postponed You shall have sole responsibility for Additional Costs that cannot be cancelled or changed. We strongly recommend booking refundable airfare, rental cars, and any arrival or departure accommodation requirements.
